Ordered 16 boxes for large kids party. Picked up the order and only realized at home that they had shorted us 4 boxes. Called the manager who suggested I could drive to mascot (I live in Clontarf!) to pick up the donuts they missed. They refused to offer a refund or to send the donuts via Uber.
Didn't care a bit to correct their error on a $300 order.
Manager was too busy to address this or even to apologize. Would not even come on the phone.
This was the Lee Street location in Haymarket would avoid them at all costs.
Terrible.
